Bhubaneswar: ‘Kuanra Punein’, a dance programme, organised by Nrutyayan at Rabindra Mandap in Bhubaneswar on September 9, brought together a bouquet of well-choreographed performances, leaving the audience spellbound.
After the customary lighting the lamp ceremony, the senior and junior students of Nrutyayan presented Odissi and folk dances. Senior dancers presented ‘Chandra’, a dance drama, choreographed and directed by Guru Durga Charan Ranbir, music composed by Guru Sukant Kumar Kundu and rhythm by Guru Dhaneswar Swain.
The anchor of the evening was Biswajit Baliarsingh.
