Bhubaneswar: The teaser and music of the upcoming Odia film ‘Angel’ were released in a hotel here on January 15, 2025.
Produced under the banner of Shubham Cine Production, the film is directed by Jitendriya Pradhan and produced by Smt. Sanghamitra Behera.
The story revolves around the kidnapping of an 8-year-old girl, the daughter of a brave police officer, Suryakant Samantaray. The police department has 24 hours to solve the case and save the girl.
The 93-second teaser offers a sneak peek into the hard work put into by the entire team to give cine lovers an engrossing viewing experience.
The film features Parthasarathi, Kabya Kiran, and Prasanajit Mahapatra in lead roles, while Amitabh Patra, Jitendriya Pradhan, Srujan, Suryakant Dalai, and Tukuna will be seen in supporting roles. Child artist Sai Trishna will be seen in a special role.
While the film’s music is composed by Ashesh Das; JP Wordsmith, Pravas Jena and Ashesh have penned the songs. The film has four songs, which are, according to the music director, based on the story. Navya, Ashish Pradhan, Gourav Anand, Krishna Beura and OG Krishna have rendered their voices.
The cinematography is handled by Yudhisthira Behera while editing by Veer Kumar Nanda. The production head is Sarbeswar Sutar, and the production design is done by Ajay Sutar. Sound design is by Abhijit Senapati, costume design by Rabi and DI Rajesh, and publicity design by M Factor.
The fim’s publicity and promotion are handled by Pranay Jethy, creative head of Media Planner.
