Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s film industry is abuzz with excitement as the new Odia film ‘Ghamaghot’ has been released.
Directed by Raja D, the film has been released in 45 theaters across Odisha, with premier shows scheduled at Brundaban cinema hall in Cuttack and Maharaja Picture Palace in Bhubaneswar on Thursday.
The production house believes that the action-packed high voltage drama will resonate with cine lovers, shedding light on a story to be told.
The film boasts an ensemble cast, including Sanoj Kumar, Abhishek Panda, Sandeep Mishra, Tapi Mishra, Akash Hota, Akash Rout, Shailesh Samantaray, Krishna Kar, Rajesh Sahu, Jonty, Eiman Pradhan, Bibhas, and newcomer Jayashree.
At a press conference held at the Press Club in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, the film’s cast and crew expressed their optimism about the project. The film’s producer, Kaushik Das stated, “Ghamaghot will make a lasting impact on the audience.”
The film’s music has been composed by Gaurav Anand, Anurag Pattanaik, and Suryajit.
The Odia film Industry has been on a roll lately, with several successful releases in recent times.
The film’s producer Das, co-producers Koustav Das and Ram Pattanayak are confident that the story will strike a chord with every Odia, and the team is eagerly awaiting the response from cine lovers.
