Music composer Shravan passes away

Mumbai: Shravan Rathod, second half of iconic music composer duo Nadeem-Shravan, passed away here Thursday night. He was 66.

He was undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at S.L. Raheja Hospital here in Mumbai. He was not doing well due to other comorbidities. Finally, he lost his battle against COVID-19 and left for heavenly abode around 10:15 pm April 22.

The Nadeem-Shravan duo gave some of the biggest hits in 90s- ‘Ashiqui’, ‘Sajan’, ‘Phool Aur Kante’, ‘Sadak’, ‘Deewana’, ‘Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke’, ‘Dilwale’, ‘Raja Hindustani’, ‘Pardes’, ‘Sirf Tum’ and ‘Dhadkan’ to name a few.
