Bhubaneswar: Odia Language, Literature and Culture Minister Suryabanshi Suraj on Thursday announced the State Film Awards for the year 2020, 2021 and 2022.
For the lifetime contributions to the Odia film industry, noted writer, director and playwright Ananta Mohapatra, eminent cinematographer Srinivas Mohapatra and veteran actor Jayiram will receive the prestigious Mohan Sundar Dev Goswami Award for the years 2020, 21 and 22 respectively.
For the year 2022, DAMaN won the best film. Similarly, Babushaan Mohanty and Dipanwita Das Mohapatra won the best actor awards for DAMaN and Pratiksha. Sudhanshu Mohan Sahoo has been adjudged as the best director for the film Mayabi. For the film Boura Hatabaksa, Lopamudra Mishra won the best actress award.
