Bhubaneswar: Om Kalinga Kala Parishad (An academy of Odissi dance and music), one of the premier institutes of the state is all set to organise it’s cultural function at Jayadev Bhawan in Bhubaneswar at 6.30pm on May 18.
While Soumyashree Panigrahi, O.A.S, Poet, Authour and Columnist, Guru Dr. Gajendra Panda, eminent Odissi dance artiste of international repute and Smt. Susmita Das, eminent singer, Kendriya Sangeet Natak Academy Awardee will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and Guests of Honour respectively, the evening will also witness felicitation of some distinguished personalities.
Actor Buddhaditya Mohanty, actor and social activist Swapna Pati and singer and music composer Abhijeet Mishra will be felicitated with Yuva Pratibha Samman-2024.
The cultural evening will have a bouquet of captivating Odissi music recitals and scintillating Odissi dance and folk dance performances to make the art lovers’ evening enjoyable.
