Bhubaneswar: Popular Odia actor Rabi Mishra passed away Wednesday. He was 64.
Family sources said, he had complained of chest pain Tuesday night after returning from shooting set. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital. While undergoing treatment he breathed his last Wednesday because of cardiac arrest.
While he will be remembered for his serial ‘Gopala Rahasya’, films like ‘Bhai Hela Bhagari’, ‘Soubhagyabati’, ‘Sakala Teertha’, ‘Maa Pari Kie Heba’, ‘Rakhi Bhijigala Aakhi Luhare’ and many more will keep him alive. ‘He Prabhu’ was his last serial.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and many senior and junior actors and actresses of film and television industries mourned his demise.
