Balasore: The state level theatre festival organised by Srashta is all set to start at Gandhi Smruti Bhawan in Balasore from February 12. It’s a week-long theatre festival.
The main attraction of this year’s festival is that all the seven plays to be staged are written by Hemendra Mohapatra.
On February 12, Srashta will stage ‘Chup…Chuup’. Similarly, on February 13, 14, 15, 16,17 and 18, the plays to be staged are ‘Putra Puja’ , ‘Shunantu Hey Abhimanyumane’ , ‘Bhinna Eka Galpa’, ‘Ashanta Arjuna’, ‘Smruti Eka Dushtamira’ and ‘Priyatama’ by Panchamaveda, Bidya Kanaka Srujananusthana, Nabina Barnali, Samparka, Srashta and Parichaya respectively.
Kalasanskruti extends its wishes for all the success of the festival.
